The series tells about a self -confident young Penguin, Flip, who tries to be a water sports star with a cheerful young surfector company. Everything goes wrong, so they decide to create their own communities on the island of Pen. The demonstration will be designed for children aged six to nine and will consist of 11 minutes.
In the original cartoon, the characters were performed by Shaya Labaf, Jeff Bridges, Zoya Deshanel, John Hider and James Woods. The main characters at the Russian box office were expressed by Timati and Pavel Volya.
