Posting to Instagram, Amy wrote: “I understand that being at my lightest weight doesn’t make me happier.

“At worst, I was unhappy and uncomfortable.

“I was canceling plans to not have to meet people because I was embarrassed to be judged. In my lightest moment I thought I was happy, but looking back I started to see that I too had lost a little.
