  • Buckwheat (100 gr.)
  • Bacon (50 gr.)
  • Champignons (or other mushrooms) (50 gr.)
  • Cheese (50 gr.)
  • Onion and garlic (1 piece)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil

First you need to prepare all the ingredients: finely chop the onion and garlic, chop the mushrooms and bacon, grate the cheese. Then let the buckwheat cook as directed on the package. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan. Then add the bacon and stir until done. Then remove it from the pan and add the mushrooms. Fry it all and then add the bacon, onion and garlic back in. The last steps remain: add the cooked buckwheat, grated cheese, salt and pepper and mix everything. Ready!

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • Orzo pasta (350 gr.)
  • Cherry tomatoes (200 gr.)
  • Tomato paste (2 teaspoons)
  • Cream 20% (40 ml.)
  • Onion and garlic (1 piece)
  • Water (500 ml.)
  • Spices to taste
  • Olive oil

To start, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add them to the pan, fry for 2-3 minutes. Chop the onion and garlic and mix them with the tomatoes. Pour the cream, tomato paste and water into the pan, add the spices (salt, black pepper, paprika) and then add the barley pasta. Mix everything and cover with a lid. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the grated cheese and cook without a lid for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready!

  • Garlic (6 cloves)
  • Paprika (4 teaspoons)
  • Dried garlic (4 teaspoons)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 20 chicken wings

Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mix all the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add the chicken wings and mix again to combine. Place the chicken wings on the baking tray. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until crispy, about 30-45 minutes. Ready!
