Like any living creature on the planet, man has his own biological species: Homo sapiens (or lat. Homo sapiens). At the same time, our species is the only species of the Homo genus living on the planet today in the family of hominids of the order of primates. In some anatomical features, we differ little from our closest relatives (modern apes). And our most important distinguishing feature is our developed brain. And also – the confidence that we are “omnivores” and that as soon as we throw any product into our stomach, it will be instantly digested and give us all the necessary proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and a lot of energy. And, alas, this confidence is a big mistake.

The laws of nature cannot be deceived. For thousands of years, certain species of animals have eaten and continue to eat foods for which special organs have been created and all physiological processes in their bodies have been adapted. Scientists have long proven the scientific concept that humans also have their own. species food. So, in the 40s of the last century, test scientist, academician Vladimir Ivanovich Vernadsky, noted that “the chemical composition of the cells of any living organism is specific only to this species.” And in the next decade, Nobel Prize winner, academician and founder of gastroenterology Alexander Mikhailovich Ugolev developed the theory of specific (or adequate) human nutrition.

According to this concept, we and our human brothers are neither carnivores nor herbivores, we are a frugivorous species.

Thus, the human digestive system is adapted to feed only on fruits: ripe, aromatic fruits and juicy berries, nutritious nuts and seeds, and easily digestible and high-energy root vegetables.

According to scientific evidence by Ugolev, the enzymes of our digestive system alone are not able to completely digest and break down the nutrients contained in food into “bricks”. They only “start” a series of necessary biochemical reactions. But for the successful and final digestion and assimilation of all necessary substances, we need the natural enzymes contained in “living” primitive food. In addition to the enzymes produced by our friends, there are also useful microbes.

When heated to 42 degrees (and above), living natural enzymes are completely destroyed. And then digestion proceeds very slowly and with great difficulty (its density decreases by more than 50% of the required level).

Our natural system experiences great difficulties when faced with unsuitable food and quickly wears out. That is why today you can often meet people suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Their digestive system cannot cope with such “wrong” food, nutrients are practically not absorbed, and undigested residues are eliminated for a long time and with difficulty. Sticking to the intestinal walls, they cause inflammation, poisoning the body with fermentation and decay products. In such conditions, our friendly microbes have absolutely nothing to eat, but our endoaggressive competitors (parasites, fungi and pathogenic bacteria) have plenty of food. Taking proteins, vitamins and microelements from a person, they begin to multiply rapidly, which leads to a deterioration of the immune system, the development of deficiencies, allergies and inflammation.

A brilliant neurosurgeon, winner of the Burdenko Prize, candidate of medical sciences, academician, author of the natural healing system, popular in the 90s, Galina Sergeevna Shatalova, presented in her experiments the same strong evidence of the benefits of specific nutrition for human health. While predators have many sharp teeth that tear meat apart, humans have excellent incisors that can easily bite an apple, and molars that are excellent at grinding nuts and seeds. The intestines of predators are twice as short as humans. Therefore, the poorly digested meat of their victims does not rot in the intestines, but quickly leaves it. By the way, if you feed predators boiled meat, they quickly get sick and die, as they cannot cope with the digestive processes without the “live” enzymes found in raw meat. Therefore, the calves in the experiment died quickly; they were fed pasteurized milk from the warehouse, in which all the live enzymes that help digestion and assimilation were destroyed.
