Provides assistance to children with disabilities, including children with cerebral palsy, musculoskeletal disorders, stroke, after oncology treatment and other serious diseases.

It has existed since 1996 – a charity program of Kommersant Publishing House. Helps seriously ill children, orphans and the disabled.
