Everything you need for a complete meal in one plate! You will need three boiled new potatoes, 100 grams of arugula, a sprig of cherry tomatoes, a can of canned tuna, 100 grams of boiled asparagus, onions, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix diced potatoes, asparagus, onions and tomatoes with arugula, tuna and vegetables. Optionally, you can flavor it with oil and spices.
