A cleaning queen shared a quick and easy trick to get off-white sneakers back like new using two possible items you probably have in your bathroom right now.

Carolina McCauley of Perth uses a toothbrush and toothpaste to polish and brush her white leather and rubber sneakers.

The organized mom, known online for sharing her practical house tricks, showed off the simple trick of cleaning sneakers in a video posted on TikTok and Instagram.

Start by squeezing a spoonful of toothpaste on your toothbrush and rubbing your shoes “from top to bottom”.

Carolina then told her to wipe her shoes with a damp cloth to remove any excess toothpaste.

“I’ve been doing it with my white interlocutor for years. You can do this again until it’s dry and completely white… don’t use bleach. Bleach turns fabric yellow or breaks,” he continued.

“I sprayed them with Resolve carpet cleaner and then left them out in the sun all day. They went crazy white!’ she said for a second.
