Overall, Blau is a combination of Middle Eastern cuisine with a minimalist interior design and a German name. Nobody goes without a picture. Here you can taste Istanbul’s street food, from Turkish breakfast to baklava.

The coffee at Blau comes from Catherine the Welder, a local coffee roasting company. The set is standard – Americano, filter coffee, double espresso or cold black (within 180 rubles), cappuccino, latte, rack, cocoa, latte-turmeric and machta latte (from 200 to 300 rubles). For 50 rubles, milk can be replaced with vegetable milk.

Rockets Concept Store

The first coffee lot area opened recently in the Wall Street business center on Valovaya Street. It included four districts: a coffee shop, an education center for those who want to learn more about coffee, a concept store, and the company’s main office.

The menu of the coffee house includes the classic and author’s positions in its cereals, unusual tea: from Te Guan Yin to willow tea with blackcurrant leaves. And also several options for non-coffee drinks: sparkling and fresh juices with cocoa, jasmine and lemongrass.

There are no waiters in the cafe – pagers will inform you about the finished order, the zoning of the space is designed according to the example of navigation in the subway. All right, we’re waiting for a robot barista.

“Bell”

The coffeehouse-refectory “Perezvon” was opened on the territory of the Church of the Execution of John the Baptist near Bor. Meanwhile, a Zvon coffee shop opened a year ago in the same place that had to close in September last year.

The menu of the new cafeteria includes many special drinks: cappuccino “Almond halva with strawberry notes”, latte “Banana and liquid chocolate”, shelf “Caramelized peaches with cognac” and other products.

Cafe-bakery “Bublik”

“Bublik” is one of the most popular places among Muscovites. It has a democratic price tag (a cappuccino costs 200 rubles) and delicious breakfasts served all day. Fresh pastries cooked directly in the cafe deserve special attention. Our favorite is the unusual cube-shaped croissant with peanut butter and custard.

“Firework”

In 2019, one of the favorite places of the creative youth of the capital and fashionistas was opened (therefore there are almost no vacancies). The interior here is in the style of trendy Berlin coffeehouses: concrete walls, bright books on the shelves, small tables with vintage armchairs, floor-to-ceiling windows and a bit of neon.

Meanwhile, Salyut positions itself as a bike cage, so there is a convenient bike parking lot at the entrance.

“Black Milk”

The editors of The Fashion Vibes, namely the main coffee lovers, have been loyal fans of the Black Milk coffee shop chain for several years. The menu offers a wide variety of drinks, including classic and alternative coffees, author’s and seasonal produce. Guests can choose from Moscow’s best French croissants (especially with lemon) and Himalayan salt fudge. You can also buy a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans from Black Milk.

The minimalist coffee shop Kiosk 1936 on Chistoprudny Avenue was opened by the From Berlin team from Patriarch’s Ponds. In Kiosk 1936, coffee is made with beans from Silky Drum roasters. It is prepared in a strainer, poured over, and brewed in a classic coffee machine. In addition to coffee, the selection includes tea, citrus fresh juices and fruit cider.
