An Australian doctor listed the many positive changes she noticed after she stopped drinking for a month.
Dr. Deb Cohen-Jones, a physician from Perth, Western Australia, went extinct in April after discovering that alcohol has become a mechanism for coping with stress.

He shared his experience on Instagram and admitted that he was closed for two weeks a month due to the Covid disease, which made things a little easier.
“Interestingly, I never wanted to drink at home, especially when I wasn’t feeling well… I just don’t drink at home, so don’t even think about it,” he wrote.
“A few times when we went out for dinner or with friends I initially felt a little ‘fomo’ (excluded), but that quickly resolved and I found that I actually liked and enjoyed my food more.
