Getting out of bed early and exercising requires a strong will. But fitness coach Michelle Bridges says it’s best to start your workout in the morning.
The 51-year-old Australian said he’s more likely to skip training if left until the end of the day, which means it’s better to train earlier in the day.
Studies have shown that a morning exercise routine can provide additional health benefits, such as greater fat burning and productivity compared to afternoon or evening exercise.

“Exercising in the morning will not only make you feel great all day, knowing your workout is over and the dust has been removed, but you’ll also be more relaxed,” Michelle told 9Honey.

Get up 30 minutes early, twice a week if possible, and gradually let your body adjust to the new starting time.
Over time, your body will adjust to the consistency of regular training sessions.
