On the occasion of an exceptional screening of the first episode of the fifth season of The Handmaid’s Tale at the Toronto International Film Festival, US streaming platform Hulu announced the (bad) news on September 8. The series was renewed for a season 6but it will be last chapter of the adventures of June.

The magazine shared the words of Bruce Miller, creator and executive producer of the series adapted from Margaret Atwood’s dystopian novel:
