Madonna’s daughter debuts as a singer and releases her first music video
Lourdes Leon
Madonna’s 25-year-old daughter, Lourdes Maria Ciccone-Leon, released her first song under the pseudonym Lolahol. The song is called Lock & Key. The video for the song was released on Chemical X Records’ YouTube channel. The video was shot by American artist Trinity Vigorsky, who goes by the pseudonym Eartheater.
In the clip, Lourdes, known for her outrageous behavior and imagery, dances and sings half-naked in a cemetery, on the beach and in the suburbs of New York.
The song was produced by Eartheater with Samuel Burgess and Hara Kiri. This isn’t Madonna’s daughter’s first work with Wigorski: Lourdes has previously acted as a choreographer on Eartheater and Tony Seltzer’s video set called Joyride.
In the piece, Lourdes sings about her feelings for her lover, as well as her thirst for freedom: she is constantly “rushing and tearing” and needs “a breeze” to drive her away.
Clip Lourdes discussed on social networks.
