Chris Smith of ICM Joins APA as Senior Vice President of Global Concerts & Talent

specialA 21-year veteran of ICM, including the last 10 partners, Chris Smith joined the APA as Senior Vice President of Global Concerts and Talent.

Smith will work with Max Burgo, who runs the APA’s comedy touring division.

Despite a strong background in comedy touring, she has worked across all departments at ICM Smith on deals for clients in film, television, touring, brand and digital. Many of these clients are expected to accompany the APA, including Pamela Anderson, Chico Bean, Big Boy, Michael Blackson, Darren Brand, Bruce Bruce, Darey Davis, Rob Dyrdek, Mike Epps, Felipe Esparza, Adele Givens, Jess Hilarius, Evander . Holyfield, Martin Lawrence, Lonnie Love, Floyd Mayweather, Donnell Rawlings, Tony Rocki, Paul Rodriguez, Paul Rodriguez Jr., B Simone, Ricky Smiley, Bailey Spin, director/producer Mark Ritchie/South Pa Productions and Pretty V.

Smith has been a partner of ICM since the partnership was established 10 years ago. At APA, he joins several former ICM Partners representatives and executives who came here after CAA’s acquisition of ICM; these include Andrew Rogers, head of global talent; Mike Hayes, Senior Vice President of Global Music; Brad Turrell, communications director and agents Seth Lawrence and Phoebe Burnham.
