Amber Heard’s lawyers filed documents requesting a new defamation lawsuit against Johnny Depp for mistakes made in the previous case. They claim that one of the jurors did not appear on his behalf in the case.
According to the lawyers, one of the subpoenas was sent to a man born in 1970, but instead on jury 15 there was someone with the same surname and address, but born in 1945. During the trial, the culprit was on Johnny’s side.
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp
Earlier in July, Amber Heard’s lawyers had already filed a petition with Johnny Depp to overturn the court order. In their view, the player’s side did not present concrete evidence in court that there were charges that damaged Amber’s reputation and career.
Recall that in early June, the court found Amber Heard guilty of defamation and ordered him to pay $ 15 million in damages to his ex-wife.
