The Beckham family was the victim of a robbery. A masked intruder broke into their London mansion and stole thousands of pounds’ worth of items. The thief broke into one of the bedrooms of the house while Victoria, David and their 10-year-old daughter, Harper, were sleeping, The Sun reported.
The robbers were so quiet that no one woke up. The theft was discovered by Cruz, Victoria and David’s 17-year-old son, and he returned after going out with friends at the time. The man woke his father up and told him that someone was in one of their bedrooms. Then David called the emergency room and started to search the mansion with his son. It later turned out that the thief managed to steal designer clothes and electronics.
“The Beckhams have been victims of highly professional thieves operating in the area. Luckily, the perpetrators were only able to reach one bedroom before they escaped,” he said.
London police confirmed to The Sun that they were investigating the incident and said it was not clear whether the attacker acted alone or with accomplices.
