After the Oscars have already been brought home, Frank Herbert’s epic adaptation of Dennis Villeneuve Dune He went on to dominate the Academy Awards on Sunday when he received the Oscar for Best Visual Effects. The film appears to have been a firm favorite in the category ever since it received the grand prize at this year’s VES Awards gala.

It wouldn’t have been an Oscar without anyone, and Nefzer was the first victim of the night. But she took it to heart as she danced to the beat of the music before giving a loud applause: “Danke, thank you.”
