The eclipse began about 18:28 in the time of Moscow – at that moment the moon entered the land parties. Moreover, the partial phase started at 19:17 and until 20:30-20: 31, the moon was completely shadowed and the phenomenon gained the very “bloody” color, especially dramatic before 21:12. In total, the process lasted more than five hours – until the completion of the first shadow manifestations in 23:55.
From Kaliningrad to Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk, an incredible moment was observed almost everywhere in Russia, only Chukotka was the exception that the month fell under the horizon before the end of the eclipse.
