Scientists from the University of Colorado conducted a study and learned where to breathe really fresh air in the world. Under conditions where most of the planet has already felt the influence of a person, experts were able to find a region that preserves natural freshness.

According to scientists, the clouds in the Southern Ocean breathe the cleanest air – we talk about the border atmosphere that is not subject to anthropogenic effects as it appears. In this area, Aerosol particles, which emerged as a result of industrial and agricultural activities, are almost not recorded.
Researchers initially assumed that this remote region near Antarctica and that it could be least affected by the pollution from the continents. The results confirmed their predictions – the air here was almost perfectly cleaned.
In addition, scientists said that this part of the atmosphere is not only free of pollution, but also is isolated from the transfer of microorganisms and nutrients from the southern continents, which makes it unique to the background of global climate changes.
In the meantime, we have already written that scientists are looking for three places on earth where a person did not reach. It turns out that there are still a way on the planet, nor corners where people do not reach.
