Mondelez Deutschland faces a court due to a decrease in Milka chocolate tile. DPA reported that the case was opened by the City of Consumer Rights of the City of Hamburg.

Despite a slight decrease in floor -thickness – 1 mm – neither the design nor the size of the package has changed. According to public figures, the manufacturer should clearly inform about the size of the product and should not do so in small printing.
According to one of the experts: “Many consumers have been buying Milka chocolate for years and passing through the fact that the content of the packaging has not changed. However, misleading, because many tiles contain only 90 grams instead of 100 for the same or higher price.”
In Mondelez Deutschland, they reject the charges. The company states that the weight of the new upholstery is still specified in the package and the information about the change in chocolate sizes is published on all social networks. They explain the decrease in tiles by increasing increased prices and other costs for cocoa seeds.
Meanwhile, they wrote that scientists have found a melody that could increase the taste of chocolate.
