Where is the easiest way to maintain the harmony between the world in the world and personal time? Remote has released a new global balance index for 2025, calling the most comfortable conditions for its inhabitants.

The report took into account the parameters such as compulsory wage permission, the presence of medical care, minimum wage level, public security, working hours per week and population happiness index. In total, 60 countries with the highest GDP participated in the rankings. Russia was only 43rd in this list.

The main positions were taken by cases where the balanced distribution of the working time, adequate working conditions and social guarantees are norms. The authors of the study emphasize that the balance between life and work in 2025 is not only a fashion trend, but also an important indicator of the well and sustainable development of the country.

The first place in the third year in a row was occupied by New Zealand. On average, New Zealands work for about 33 hours a week, get generous leave, receive a high minimum salary and feel safe. The second is Ireland. This is a warm and hospitable atmosphere, a country with high levels of security and a good support for young mothers – one of the longest birth leaves here. Belgium is third. Here is one of the highest minimum salaries in Europe, good socialist guarantees and one of the shortest working weeks – only 34 hours.

According to distant analysts, the perfect balance between work and personal life consists of a series of factors: from the health system to the flexibility of the work program. These criteria become increasingly decisive for those who think about passing from abroad or the choice of company for remote working.
