The new generation, more complaints about young people – this was also confirmed by a new survey conducted by the IFORS Research Group. 1,600 Russians over the age of 18 participated in the study and the results speak for them: the main disadvantage of 56% of modern youth called the inability to manage the money.

Among the allegations – the lack of practical skills and the ability to work with hands (51%said this), third – disciplinary lack of performing routine tasks (47%). A little less participatory (45%) believes that young people cannot plan their future for a long perspective.
But not everything is so bad – the new generation has strong aspects. The Russians over the age of 45, above all, recorded young people’s ability to quickly examine and develop new technologies (81%supported this item). Young people also attached the ability to easily adapt to changes (50%) and work in a multicultural environment (30%).
Interestingly, young people themselves (18-44) see other advantages within themselves. He often talked about dealing with mental and physical health (27%), critical thinking (21%) and balance between work and personal life (18%).
Another curious moment – asked the Russians to think of young people. According to DSÖ, this age lasts up to 44 years and 40% of the participants accept this. Almost the same (39%) – not in the same agreement and 19% has not yet been determined.
