Sean “Diddy” Combs files $50 million (5 billion rubles) defamation lawsuit Note ed.) against accuser Courtney Burgess, her attorney Ariel Mitchell, and Nextstar Media Group. People write about it.

Combs’ attorneys filed the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York, alleging that the defendants knowingly made false and exaggerated statements about him for financial gain. Additionally, Nextstar Media Group published the allegations without proper verification. These actions caused Combs economic and reputational harm and tainted his right to a fair trial by an impartial jury, the complaint states.
Previously, on one of Nextstar Media Group’s channels, Courtney Burgess claimed that P. Diddy had incriminating videos in which the rapper “sexually assaults celebrities and minors.” He explained that the tapes were given to him by the rapper’s ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, who passed away in 2018.
Sean Combs is currently in the Brooklyn Detention Center awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He denies all accusations from the beginning of the trial to the present.
Let us remind you that in total, at least 120 people suffered at the hands of the artist. If found guilty in all cases, the perpetrator faces life imprisonment. P Diddy’s arrest became one of the biggest scandals of 2024.
