For all occasions: How to style products correctly?

The product is not just clothes. This is a tribute to a brand or company, a warm memory of a concert of your favorite band or artist. Since we know that emotions cannot be bought again, each of us carefully protects the special items in our wardrobe. The Fashion Vibes editors decided to change the rules of the game and develop basic principles for the competent use of products.

We turned to the Yandex entertainment and financial services team for help in this difficult matter. The New Year’s collection includes eight products: from cardigans designed by Gleb Kostin, creator of the .solutions brand, to scarves and long sleeves designed by Lucy Jeyranyan, creative director and founder of the LongLong brand.

Designers faced a difficult task – to create a collection that will definitely not take place on the back shelf of the closet. The New Year’s capsule of Fantech and Fintech is inspired by the colors of their services: Kinopoisk, Yandex Music, Yandex Posters, Yandex Books and Yandex Pay. The collection’s explosion of color and diversity make it an ideal test subject for our study. Shall we begin?

Combine with the classics. Merch is a great way to add personality and freshness to your look, especially when paired with classic pieces. Accent details like bright sweatshirts and original printed tees can go perfectly with more formal wardrobe items. In our case, a soft mohair cardigan in a rich color will not only add comfort, but also become the highlight of the entire look. It matches with classic trousers or a pencil skirt, providing a look suitable for both the office and business meeting.

Add bold details. We stay in our comfort zone at an informal party with colleagues. A festive outfit can also be made comfortable if the main emphasis is a soft cardigan. We will add non-standard details to give expressiveness to the image. One of these elements can be a statement silk corset, suitable for both parties and more formal events. And for the most daring, we recommend paying attention to dresses and skirts with slits.
