The girl insisted that she and her family be protected from Payne’s obsessive attention. According to the Daily Mail, the model’s lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to her ex-fiancee on her behalf.

The 23-year-old actress had previously posted a video on social media in which she revealed that Payne had gone to various extremes to reach out to her following their bitter breakup, including turning his fan base against her. “Since we broke up, he’s been texting my phone saying he’s going to blow it up, not just from his number but from different numbers too, so I never know where the call will come from. He writes from different accounts and via email,” Henry said.
The former couple started dating in 2018 following Payne’s split from Cheryl Cole. He proposed to Henry in 2020, but they called off their engagement in April 2022 after Henry claimed the singer cheated on him.
