The 52-year-old actor and wrestler brought up an important issue in his microblog on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. Dwayne Johnson said people should never be so busy that they deprive their loved ones of time and attention.

“Everyone struggles with demons and many hold it inside. A lot of people don’t talk about it, and I’ve learned that the hard way in many cases over the years,” the artist said. “When I reach out to my friends, they’re like, ‘Hey, what’s up?’ I’m not saying. I reach out and say: “How is your heart? How do you feel?”. And you’ll be surprised what that means to people,” the Hollywood star added.
“I know what it’s like to struggle with mental health. “I know what it’s like to be spiraled… I’ve been there, too,” admitted Dwayne Johnson. According to the actor, he calls these attacks “mental hell.”
Johnson later revealed that he struggled with a similar situation a few weeks ago. He recalled waking up on a beautiful day and “seeing and feeling the greyness.” Dwayne said that although he was used to being alone as an only child, the “constant loneliness” took hold of him and he turned to his friends for support at the end of the day.
“So it’s just a reminder to check in on your friends,” he emphasized. “Check in on your loved ones, because when you don’t… I’ve lost friends over the years who decided to leave and couldn’t handle the stress and pressure of life. “This whole psychological hell has become too strong for them now,” the artist concluded.
Previously, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson called it the main male superpower. And these are not muscles. Read about it here.
