Those responsible for Matthew Perry’s death are due to be named any day now. They face up to four years in prison for distribution of prohibited substances.

Another leak of investigation data confirms that law enforcement will release names very soon. “Charges could be filed at any time. This investigation has been ongoing for a long time and there are clearly deliberate data leaks.

“Anonymous law enforcement sources do not leak information unless they intend to press charges,” veteran entertainment lawyer Tre Lovell told The Sun.

The lawyer said the charges against many involved could carry sentences of up to four years in prison. Matthew Perry died last fall. He drowned in his own hot tub. The ‘Friends’ star was found to have high levels of ketamine in his blood.

The actor completed his last course of the drug a week and a half before his death. Ketamine is rapidly eliminated from the body and was never found in Perry’s home. Investigators believe he received a lethal dose of ketamine from someone else.

It was recently learned that Matthew Perry’s estate is worth more than $120 million. The vast majority of the funds are in a trust fund designed to help people with addiction. Matthew’s relatives were named as beneficiaries of this fund.
