Millennials, it’s time for nostalgia1 Jess Smith, 30, who plays Sunny on children’s TV show Teletubbies, is now the mother of a five-month-old baby.
The girl appeared on This Morning alongside Nikki Smedley, 53, who plays Lala, and John Simmit, 60, who is best known for his role as Dipsy.

Jess said she wouldn’t mind her daughter Poppy appearing in the Teletubbies reboot. “We would definitely go for it. It would be lovely to see her in the role when she was little. Just to carry on my legacy,” said Jess Smith.

Let’s also remind you that the series “Teletubbies” was filmed for preschoolers. Its main characters were fictional anthropomorphic characters. It was released in 1997 and was a huge success. Over the next four years, new episodes were released. A total of 365 episodes were shown. The series was re-released 58 times on video and later on DVD. Since 2015, the official Teletubbies page appeared on social networks, where new episodes began to be released.
