Candy is life, but the composition of those sold commercially can be a little cold. Whether they are for you or for your children, we have found an excellent recipe for homemade desserts from the blog The land of delicacies.
The recipe (pick your nose) for homemade desserts
Here you can make candy in the shape you want. There are specific silicone molds on the market for this, in the shape of a teddy bear, crocodile, rooster or schneck. In short, there is something for all tastes (even for the most doubtful).
To make this recipe you will need:
- 4 sheets of gelatine (but agar-agar is also fine)
- A spoonful of lemon juice
- 20 ml of water
- 40 ml of strawberry syrup, mint, peach, whatever you prefer, or even fruit juice!
Start by rehydrating the gelatin sheets in a bowl of water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the lemon juice, water and syrup until boiling. When it starts to boil, drain the gelatine sheets well and add them to the mixture. Blend everything well so that it mixes perfectly and fill the silicone molds with your preparation.
Place in the fridge for three hours, unmold and eat everything!
