What if you started making a delicious apple and strawberry crumble, all with speculoos? Don’t panic, it’s very simple to prepare and you will risk devouring it in a few minutes.
The quick and easy recipe for apple, strawberry and speculoos crumble
To make this recipe you will need:
- about 200 g of strawberries
- 3 apples
- 100 g of speculoos
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 5 tablespoons of icing sugar, if your fruit is not very sweet
Start by preheating the oven to 190°C. Next, wash the strawberries and apples and peel them. Cut everything into cubes and place them on the bottom of a baking dish (or small molds, if you prefer).
Then, put your speculoos in a blender to get the powder. In a salad bowl, mix the powder with the flour and sugar (if using), and add the soft butter cut into pieces. Mix everything together a little, the mixture should become a little crumbly. Finally add the mixture to your fruit.
Hop, it goes in the oven for 30 minutes!
