Happy children’s box
After maternity boxes, this time we deal with boxes specially designed for children’s activities. They allow little ones to use their heads and fingers to create, imagine, play and learn. And above all it keeps them busy! We were able to test several of them and we present the four best, the ones that stand out from the crowd and have real added value. And for kids who like listening to stories to keep themselves occupied, you can also find our guide to the best story boxes.
1 – For the little ones (from birth): Lovevery boxes
Lovevery, these are boxes of toys delivered every two months for a maximum of one year – 6 boxes depending on age, 84 euros per game kit – and every three months up to 4 years — 8 boxes per age, game kit 126 euros, you subscribe without obligation!
It’s hard not to fall in love with these beautiful and well-designed toy sets. It’s a true editorial favorite!
Box for 0-12 weeks
Many visual and sensory accessories to delight the little ones.

Box for 16-17-18 months
Enough to have fun and develop your motor skills!

The strong points: Toys and games really suitable for different ages of children, interesting materials, no superfluous packaging
Weaknesses: Its price is a bit too expensive
2 – For children aged 1 to 7 years: Les Mini Mondes (the editorial team’s favourite)
Mini-Worlds are the publisher’s big favorites.
Concretely, it is the (imaginary) story of the Duchemin family who sets off to discover the world aboard a converted van. Every month we receive a beautiful magazine that helps us discover the country they are in, with coloring pages, games, typical cuisine recipes, stickers…
While you learn many things about each country! There are also derivative objects to continue the adventure in addition to educational magazines, such as the board game, the family van or the boat, but also a kit of beach games made with eco-responsible materials…
Mini-worlds are really a guarantee to introduce your children to many interesting things, to learn them yourself and to keep them occupied in a fun and educational way for quite a while.
The magazines are sent home every month and are divided into two groups: children aged 1 to 3 years and children aged 4 to 7 years.

The strong points: Discover the different countries of the world, the variety of activities offered
The weak points: The child cannot carry out all the activities on his own if he does not yet know how to read
3 – For children from 3 to 7 years: boxes of Pandacraft creative manual activities
These rather creative kits are starting to become famous in the parenting world. After all, we have already told you a lot about it in Madmoizelle. But did you know that there are kits suitable for all ages? There are some for children aged 1 to 3 years, 3 to 7 years and 8 to 12 years. This way no one gets sulky!
But what do we actually find in these boxes? It all depends on the age you choose and the kits change monthly. Overall, these are creative activities that allow children to understand a little about the world around them.

The strong points: A wide variety of activities proposed, original ideas for children who want to do manual activities.
The weak points: We quickly accumulate all the completed tasks and it can take up a lot of space
4 – For children aged 8-11 years: HappyKidsBox activity
For children aged 8 to 11, the HappyKidsBox brand has launched its “ polls around the world “. The purpose of these little boxes received every month? Let your child travel while keeping him a little away from screens. HappyKidsBox offers your heir the possibility of visiting many countries and using his head to solve investigations, discovering the culture of the country he is discovering. Cooking recipes, small DIY activities and hey, you’re done.
In each box you can find:
- a passport to fill out during the trip (it’s a fake, don’t get carried away either)
- a world map to color after visiting a country
- quality DIY materials
- a booklet full of information about the country, with an important investigation to carry out
- a souvenir postcard
- but also a sticker with the country’s flag, a typical cooking recipe, a scientific experiment… and other surprises

The strong points: it gets the brain working, it’s original and well thought out
The weak points: The child must feel really comfortable with reading and must demonstrate a certain mental maturity to play with it alone.
