It does not seem possible for Jon Bon Jovi, the 62-year-old vocalist of the rock band Bon Jovi, to continue active concert activities after surgery. In an interview with Boston radio Mix 104.1, the musician said that he is now unlikely to continue touring.
The artist admitted that he had hoped to tour after the band’s upcoming album Forever, but now doubts it. “I’m still recovering from major surgery,” Jon Bon Jovi said. He added that he is on the road to recovery. The singer said that he was able to record one song a day for the new record. Bon Jovi plans to return to performing 2.5-hour sets four days a week “for months.”
The star had to undergo surgery due to atrophy of one of her vocal cords. The band’s last album “2020” was released four years ago. Interestingly, in 2018, Jon Bon Jovi was named the worst musician ever to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
