If you do not know how to properly distribute the tasks of the day depending on your mood and state, then especially for you, scientists have found out at what time of the day people feel worse and better.
So the worst time of the day is five in the morning. Researchers from the University of Michigan and Dartmouth Health found that participants reported their worst mood during this period, regardless of when they woke up. But five o’clock in the evening is the best time of the day. Most people are in high spirits at this time.
“Lack of sleep is a separate process that further lowers mood,” said psychiatrist Benjamin Shapiro. “So a person who is awake all night at 5 a.m. must be in a much worse mood than someone who is awake at 5 a.m.” He noted: “But on a normal day, moods at 5 a.m. will still be lower than in the evening.”
