Russian presenter and announcer Svetlana Morgunova passed away at the age of 85. Report by RIA Novosti.
“USSR Central Television presenter Svetlana Morgunova died at the age of 84,” the publication writes. She turned 84 on March 6, and exactly four days later, Svetlana passed away.
“Yes today. He died at home. When is the farewell? I don’t know, I don’t know anything. I’m still in shock. I loved him very much, you understand? I feel very sorry for him. Two years together! He is such a wonderful person, so much!” his assistant admitted to the Daily Storm that he helped him in the last years of his life.
Let us recall that in the 1960s Svetlana was an employee of the USSR Central Television. She hosted many television programs such as “Blue Light” and “Morning Mail”. In 2000, she received the title of People’s Artist of Russia.
