About what caused Sergei Shnurov to return to the information field:
“The truth is that I exist in the field of my desires. I wanted, I left Golos, I wanted, I came to the Factory. I advise everyone to listen to themselves and their heart and do exactly that. If you like it, do it, if you don’t like it, don’t do it. And then maybe I won’t like it again,” – composer and Leningrad rock band leader Sergei Shnurov.
About the reason for the project’s return to the screens:
“Star Factory” is a project that has returned and will return in different markets, including ours. For us it is a cult, and it seems to me that for the audience it is one of the most anticipated projects of this year” – General Producer of TNT Arkady Vodakhov.
Compared to the old “Star Factory”:
“Of course we can’t avoid the comparison, but on the other hand there are a lot of talented, cool young guys. Of course, this project has great potential, because the guys are coming out of other vocal competitions without any unique material. We have great composers who will help the guys make hits, and they will sound on our stage. And I think they can become new stars” – Yulia Sumacheva, General Producer of White Media.

About its differences from the old “Star Factory”:
“First of all, this is TNT. Secondly, when you look at the mentors, you understand what kind of project this is. Third, Yulia and I decided not to limit our participants’ access to social networks; they will see, hear, know everything, so write to them, they will closely monitor the reaction of the audience,” said TNT General Producer Arkady Vodakhov.
