An illegal road check
Before being transferred to the police station, Sarah was subjected to a traffic stop. Along the way she finds herself in front of three motorcyclists who she does not identify as police officers. She honks and continues down her street. They end up surrounding him because they describe a “excessive speed”.
But in the middle of the operation, he reverses and hits a motorcycle parked right behind his car. The police pointed their service weapons at her because according to them she represented a “immediate danger”. They take him to the police station.
The police took away her wig despite her religious beliefs
Thus the violence would begin. According to the complaint, a police officer grabbed Sarah. The latter would have fainted. To straighten it out, she would give it to him several shots of which “a knee in the back”. His head would hit the custody desk and the wall; his wig slipped slightly, she reports Mediapart.
The police end up taking him away because, according to them: “His wig prevents him from breathing well, a stick removes it […] when the arrested person becomes completely hysterical and starts screaming that he wants his wig back”they wrote in the report.
According to the videos attached to the complaint file, the police knew well why Sarah had asked for her wig. She tells them that she is Jewish, while one of the officers says that she is “feuj”. Sarah is the target of the second “evidence”. Mediapart. When a police officer asks her address, one of her sisters replies: “Wig street!” ».

Furthermore, in the images, Sarah is on the ground and appears to be almost unconscious. A medical certificate drawn up by a doctor the day after the accident “ detects bruises and hematomas on the wrists, inside of the arms, on the knees, in the right lumbar fossa, on the right thigh, on the buttocks and a state of psychological shock ».
Sarah’s lawyer reports “sexist violence, by a anti-Semite and police violence”. For her part, Sarah is the subject of a police report for ” endangering the lives of others with immediate risk of death ” AND ” degradation of public property “.
