Eminem’s handlers claim that he is the real Slim Shady and that everyone should not trademark the term “Shady,” which is now associated with the rapper thanks to his song. The really thin, shady one.
So they asked for a precaution Real Housewives of Potomac Reality stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon, latest salvo in their ongoing dispute over reality stars trying to trademark their names Pretty shady Podcast.
Eminem is asking the court not to appear for a deposition requested by the Bravo stars in the case. He claims he has “limited knowledge of the issues involved.”
His lawyers offered other people, including the rapper’s manager Paul Rosenberg, who would be willing to appear.
The other side insists that he show up.
The trademark battle started after that Real Housewives Stars trademarked their podcast name to sell merchandise. Eminem’s team objected to this, saying it could cause confusion among consumers.
Bryant and Dixon launched their podcast “Reasonably Shady” in 2021.
