There are those who love spending hours in the kitchen creating super elaborate recipes and then there are those, including me, who have other things to do. To illustrate my extreme laziness, I found a little recipe that will make you squirm all through December (and beyond), and you know what? There is nothing simpler.
The recipe for crunchy chocolate rocks
To make this recipe you will need:
- 125 g of chopped gavotte
- 250 g of chocolate (milk, praline, dark, whatever you want)
Start by melting the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Then add the chopped gavotte and mix so that everything is well covered.
Then form small piles which you will place in Ferrero Rochers style boxes and that’s it, in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. And here it is!
When I told you it was quick and easy, I wasn’t kidding you, huh.
What if the movie you were going to see tonight was a dump? Each week, Kalindi Ramphul gives you her opinion on which movie to see (or not) on the show The Only Opinion That Matters.
