Everyone watched the cult TV series “Kitchen”! To be honest, we review it regularly (every six months, of course)… Recently, fragments of the Polish version of the film began to appear on social networks, which did not go unnoticed by users.
In 2019, a Polish production company purchased the adaptation rights of the series and the series began broadcasting in 2021. The remake of the project is called Kuchnia and repeats the Russian show in detail. Even the actors were chosen to be as similar as possible to the original version. Of course, the names of the characters and the name of the restaurant, plot elements and the characters’ behaviors also coincide.
So the episode with the restaurant critic’s calculations was copied almost completely, right down to the interior and the actors’ gestures.
Many users claim that the Russian version is much better, and the Polish version fails to convey the atmosphere of the original “Kitchen”.
