Is there really a best time to cut your hair?

Cutting your hair is not just a question of style. Sometimes it becomes a real necessity, especially after a significant loss of capillary mass. But are there really more suitable times to cut your hair? Apparently yes.

Weakened by summer and changing temperatures, hair tends to fall out 2 to 4 times more than normal when shedding begins. A period that is therefore ideal for trimming the ends, rebalancing the cut and starting the rest of the year well.
