“Be Honest”: David Beckham Trolled Victoria in Documentary

The other day, the premiere of a documentary film about David Beckham took place. A video of a footballer asking his wife Victoria to be honest in front of the audience has gone viral.

The football player decided to be absolutely honest in front of the audience, but apparently Victoria had a different plan. No matter how much the former lead singer of the Spice Girls tried to prove (perhaps too convincingly) that he was from an ordinary family, David still betrayed her. During the filming of the documentary, the football player intervened in the conversation, where Victoria was talking about her “ordinary” childhood. The athlete asked in which car his father brought him to school. He didn’t want to answer but later confessed, saying it was a Rolls-Royce.

“We both grew up in hard-working families. We are working class,” said Victoria. “Be honest!” – said David, after listening to Victoria’s conversation with the journalist. “I’m speaking honestly!” -she replied. David then asked: “What kind of car did your father drive you to school?” He started to answer: “My father was doing it…”. Beckham interrupted him and said: “No. The only answer.” “My father…” Victoria continued. “What kind of car was that?” Beckham asked again. “That’s not an easy answer,” said Victoria. “What car did your father take you to school in?” – the football player repeated. “Depends on what you’re talking about,” he said. “NO. “No, no, no,” Beckham replied. “OK. My father had a Rolls-Royce in the ’80s,” said Victoria. Beckham said “Thank you” and left the room.
