Two incidents occurred at Fisherman’s Forum, where the Milwaukee Bucks hosted the Boston Celtics in their NBA playoff game. Reportedly, 17 people were injured by gunfire after playing several quarters in the Milwaukee Water Street Bar area east of the arena.
Police said nine weapons were seized as a result of 10 arrests. All victims in the area are expected to survive. Prior to the incident, there was another incident in which three people were shot dead during a game at the Fiserve Forum.
“Everybody started running,” said witness Brittany Bergstrom. I told the fox about 6. There was thunder, people running into the bushes, hats, shoes on the floor, drinks spilled everywhere.
