Medel plays Becky Sregor everything everywhere Joy Wang’s girlfriend Stephanie Hsu’s character. The film was nominated for 11 Oscars, including Best Picture, and won awards along the way. This was recently recognized at the DGA Awards on Saturday, with the Kwan Brothers writer/directors (Kwan and Scheinert) taking home the grand prize for Best Feature Film.
