The duo, who first met 16 years ago, are said to have started dating after seeing each other at the Lumiere Film Festival in Lyon in October. Posting a snapshot of their march, Paris Match writes that Monica and Tim “met briefly on the steps of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes in 2006, but didn’t bond until backstage at another festival sixteen years later.”
