Travis Scott sets the first dates of the festival since the Astroworld tragedy, the protagonist of a huge traveling event in multiple cities and multiple countries

Rapper Travis Scott has quietly returned to the festival stage for the first time since eight people were killed and dozens were injured in a stampede at his Astroworld Festival in 2021.

Scott has been announced as the main title of the Primavera Sound Festival for a massive, multi-purpose event that starts in Barcelona and then moves to Porto, Portugal; Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Santiago and Buenos Aires. According to the posters released today, Scott will only be in three South American cities. See below for posters.

Primavera Sound kicks off on June 2nd and Globetrot on November 13th. Most of the stops will be a week of shows.

The show series is produced in part by Live Nation, which also created Astroworld.

Scott was the title of the last Indian Koachela Music and Arts Festival, but his title was removed from the scene last December.

He also starred in the Day N Vegas title last November, but was replaced by Post Malone a week before the festival.
