Who

Anastasia’s journalistic career began, working in the children’s magazine “Tram”.

He subsequently wrote notes for Romashkevich, Kommersant, and Domovoy and entered the world of interior design magazines in the 2000s. After seven years of working at Elle Decor, Anastasia transferred to AD – she “got used to” there. In 2018, she was appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of AD magazine in Russia.

Romashkevich managed to try himself only in journalism: in 2017 he joined the Presnensky District Council of Deputies.

On April 21, Condé Nast announced the cessation of work in Russia in connection with the military special operation in Ukraine. Like many others, Anastasia, the editor-in-chief of a magazine that is no longer published in Russia, chose the Telegram channel as a platform for self-expression.

About what

On March 17, Anastasia Romashkevich created the Daisy Collection telegram channel – now it has almost four thousand subscribers.

– He writes about the Anastasia channel.

His telegram contains articles about new design and architecture, cultural events of the capital, museums and exhibitions. You can read about old decor items and find walking routes in Moscow that will show “not the most popular and obvious buildings of Soviet modernism” or, for example, objects in the style of constructivism.

The channel also has a #knowours section where you can learn about Russian niche crafters, home textile creators or ceramic artworks: According to Anastasia, this is our hope for import substitution.

Romashkevich’s channel is not managed alone, his friends and colleagues share with him. So, among the information about the interior and architecture, you can find unusual recipes: “Grilled Chicken with Gherkin” and “Oatmeal with Artichokes”.

Anastasia also interviews Russian designers and learns “how their work has changed since February 24 and how the renovation will be completed in this difficult time.”
