“We can’t wait to dive into another season and explore the strange, spooky world of Nevermore. First we have to make sure Wednesday doesn’t empty the pool,” show creators Miles Millar and Alfred Gough told Tudum.
Which players will return for season two?
Naturally, viewers await Jenna Ortega’s return as Wednesday Addams, otherwise there would be no new season. However, this is all that is known about the cast of the future show. That said, it’s safe to assume that anyone who makes it out of season one alive, including Enid, Bianca, and Xavier, will be returning to Nevermore Academy. Also, perhaps season two will expand the Addams family by introducing other iconic members.
The plot of the second season
No details yet, but Wednesday’s fate is a black hole of possibilities. As we saw in the Season 1 finale, Hyde, who turned out to be Tyler, is technically still on the loose, so his return could be very close. Also, Wednesday is still dealing with an unidentified stalker: “The stalker is proving to be a threat to both Wednesday and the school. “Everything wasn’t done as smoothly as he thought,” Miles Millar said.
Season 2 release date
While the next season has been confirmed, no official date has yet been set. However, if one of the actors is seen in Romania, where the first season was filmed, it will be a good sign and will give you a rough idea of the shooting schedule.
Will Wednesday Addams finally flash?
No, probably not. After Jenna tried not to blink, director Tim Burton “fell so much in love” with it that he told her not to blink once while in character.
