Why did you decide to have a hair transplant?
A few years ago I did the so-called “fox eyes”, I raised my eyebrows. But my forehead was already too high. And it got bigger because of the braces but I didn’t get it right away. Initially I started looking for a hair transplant doctor as I had two scars from fox eyes on my temples. We agreed with the surgeon that after everything healed, I would put the hair in there and everything would be fine. But after a while, I started to realize that I didn’t like myself in the photo or the video. And I finally realized that I have a disproportionately high forehead. Almost two centimeters longer than usual. For this reason, I decided to do hair transplantation, not just the temple area.

How did you find a doctor?
I have been looking for a doctor for a long time. I applied to agencies, they sent me to clinics, but there were a few things that were important to me.
First of all, it was important for me to meet the hair transplant doctor in person because when you do it through the manager of the clinics, you cannot understand what will happen, what you can and cannot do. Therefore, when I found the “same” doctor on TikTok, I wrote to him and he answered me personally. As a result, we exchanged contacts (by the way, he speaks excellent English), I sent him my photos and he told me what I can and cannot do.
The second point – it was important for me to understand how these hairs are placed and what technique the doctor adheres to, so I followed the work of many doctors. Dr., who usually does this procedure for women. Oktay, while others specialize in men only and generally work according to a template. I needed a doctor to replicate my hairline and this doctor did just that.
Why Turkey?
First, there are specialists with extensive experience. My doctor has been practicing general medicine for 12 years and is 34 years old. Secondly, the prices here are much lower than elsewhere, although the quality is much higher.
How much did the procedure cost?
I gave (more precisely, my father) 3,000 dollars (about 206 thousand rubles). Round-trip tickets for two cost us 40,000 rubles. And two hotel rooms for three nights with breakfast for each – $ 250 (about 17 thousand rubles).
How painful was the procedure?
It actually doesn’t hurt that much. They say that men suffer more, and I slept almost all the time. It only hurts during the anesthesia, which lasts no more than five minutes, and everything else does not hurt at all.
How long is the rehabilitation period?
Recovery after the procedure is quite long. But the most dangerous time is the first five days. During this period, you should lead a very calm lifestyle, sleep only on your back, take antibiotics, decongestants and painkillers (otherwise it will be unpleasant).
How long after the procedure will the final results be visible?
For a month you can not drink alcohol, engage in active sports and you need to be careful. The maximum recovery time that doctors give is six months. After six months, the final result will be visible. Within a month, the hair falls out because short hairs are inserted with the bulb, then they fall out and new ones begin to grow.
