When Christmas arrives in our wellness series, from Friends to Brooklyn Nine Nine

It’s Christmas and the series also know how to remind us with their big clogs how much this period rhymes with family, love and generosity. Here’s our pick of your favorite Christmas episodes.

Nothing better for post-holiday pickle than settling down with your leftover tupperware and sparkling water in front of a good set. What if we prolong the magic together? Why yes, there are so many of our series of soft toys, the ones we’ve seen a thousand times without getting tired, the ones whose characters are a bit like our old friends, to have one or even more special Christmas episodes. And even when we are “not very Christmassy”there is something to convince.

We have kept some that have marked us and that we always look at with equal joy.…

The office – The Christmas party

We do not escape the Business Secret Santaand Dunder Mifflin-esque, it’s necessarily chaotic, hilarious, and above all very much embarrassing. Because yes, there will definitely be someone who has gone over budget (“We said no more than 20 bullets, right? »), even if it means embarrassing everyone. And when Michael freaks out about Phyllis’ gift (a handmade pot holder), he turns Secret Santa into a deadly game, much to Jim’s chagrin who had found the perfect gift for Pam…

Brooklyn Nine Nine – Yippie Kayaks

If you followed the hilarious Brooklyn Nine Nineyou know his hero Jake Peralta is a absolute fan of the action saga die Hard. So when she has to do the shopping at the last moment because she struggles to receive gifts with Gina and Boyle, she stumbles upon a theft as if by accident and to his greatest happiness. This is the perfect opportunity to take yourself for Bruce Willis and recreate his cult film IRL…

Parks and Recreation – Leslie Knope, commoner

Every Christmas, Leslie Knope’s co-workers receive the most perfect and thoughtful gift of all from her. While this has been temporarily suspended from service, they will try to return the favor, imagining a model of the town hall in gingerbread. Obviously she is not defeated, but the Christmas spirit is there to warm hearts and above all to remind everyone of the true meaning of the word generosity…

Malcolm – A Christmas Carol

When Reese, Dewey and Malcolm turn the house into chaos with baubles, Lois explodes with anger (as always) and makes a very drastic decision: no Christmas until her brats act right. Will they really succeed? And will she be able to count on the support of that big noodle Hal in this battle?

Community – Abed’s Uncontrollable Christmas

Behind his absurd and extravagant side, Community sometimes he knows how to touch the heart, as in this Christmas episode in which the small motley group of students of Greendale University must save their friend Abed, who was trying at all costs to understand the meaning of Christmas. All stop-motion and songs, and at the end of the day, a little reminder of what Christmas is really like when you’re surrounded by the people you love.

Friends – The one who disguised himself

Ross tries to introduce Hanukkah to his son Ben and worries he’s so obsessed with Christmas. Disguised as a Christmas armadillo, because only this costume is left, he attempts an explanation of the Festival of Lights, but has his hair cut at the post office by Chandler who arrives disguised as Santa Claus. Luckily, all’s well that ends well (because yes, if you hadn’t figured it out, that’s the magic of Christmas too).

And you, what’s your Christmas wellness episode?
