Actress Kristen Bell wowed spectators in Denver, Colorado, on Saturday with a surprise live performance at a Savannah Bananas baseball game.

The 46-year-old star, who voiced the animated character Anna in the 2013 Disney blockbuster Frozen, delivered a powerhouse rendition of the film's track "For The First Time In Forever" from the stadium stands.

Footage of the unexpected moment quickly spread online after pop culture account @jockcult shared video of Bell singing. The account claimed that the internet was "collapsing upon discovering that she actually knows how to sing in real life."
Social media users on X flooded the comments section in astonishment at her vocal abilities. "Her serving vocals, I'm shocked," wrote one commenter. A second social media pundit added, "Woah, she sounds soo good live!" A third user stated, "People really forgot Kristen Bell has been casually carrying Anna's vocals this whole time." Another dumbfounded fan admitted, "I had no idea either. Her voice is genuinely amazing!"

Surprise Duet on the Field
Bell was joined at the game by singer-turned-baseball star Derek Klena, who performed "Dancing Through Life" from the hit musical Wicked while standing on the field in his uniform.

Klena, a 34-year-old Broadway star, was scouted by the Savannah Bananas and officially joined the team in December 2025. The Savannah Bananas are an exhibition baseball team known for entertaining crowds with fast-paced games, choreography, and musical performances. The pair later united for a finale duet, singing "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" together.

The official @savbananas Instagram account highlighted the joint performance, calling the collaboration between Bell and Klena "the mashup we never knew we needed."

Several high-profile celebrities also reacted in the Instagram comments section. Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause joked, "Wait, I like sports now...?" Actress Reese Witherspoon gushed that Bell was "making the Bananas even more magical."

Upcoming Return to Disney Franchise
Fans of the actress can expect more new music from Bell in the near future. She is set to reprise her role in the third installment of the Frozen franchise, which is scheduled for release next year.
Disney previewed the upcoming film on Friday during its three-day D23 fan convention in Anaheim, California. Bell appeared at the convention and belted out a track alongside co-star Idina Menzel, who plays Queen Elsa in the franchise.
