Kimberley Walsh has shown off her trim physique in a brown bikini during a sunny family holiday to Barbados with her husband and three children.

The 44-year-old presenter shared a series of photos from the Caribbean break on Instagram this week, posing with a cocktail in hand while displaying a golden tan.

Teaming her chic brown two-piece with matching brown shorts and dark oversized sunglasses, Walsh relaxed on the island where she and husband Justin Scott married a decade ago.

The couple, who tied the knot in Barbados in 2016 during a star-studded ceremony, took time out for themselves during the return visit. Posing together at their resort, Scott wore a brown shirt and tan trousers, while Walsh opted for a white crop top and matching maxi skirt.

Fitness Routine and Body Confidence

Walsh, who first rose to fame as a member of the chart-topping pop group Girls Aloud before becoming a co-presenter on the BBC daytime series Morning Live, recently spoke about her fitness journey and body confidence.

Speaking to the Daily Mail in October, the mother-of-three explained how a new training regime helped her feel good in her own skin after her youngest son Nate started at reception.

Since Nate began school, Walsh has returned to the gym three to four times a week. She revealed one of her key routines involves training after broadcasts alongside her Morning Live co-host, Welsh television presenter Gethin Jones, focusing on strength and weight training.

Overcoming Insecurities Through Strength Training

Walsh admitted that she previously disliked her arms and avoided showing them on red carpets, but has transformed her attitude through lifting heavy weights.

"Over the last year, I have been able to take more time for myself," Walsh said of balancing fitness with a busy household. "Before that, when Nate was younger and he was home a lot more, he has never been in full time nursery, I just couldn't really do any exercise."

She added: "I am trying to make the most of having more time to myself and staying in good physical shape and staying strong. I have three boys that require me to have their energy levels. For me it is about being strong and healthy, but I am working out a lot more than I was. I am enjoying it actually."

Explaining her workout choices, Walsh said she avoids cardio in favour of weights and reformer Pilates. "I don't like cardio so I do mainly strength training, weights, reformer Pilates, it works really well for my age group. It's hard on your core and quite a few people think it's easier than it is," she noted.

Addressing her past insecurities, she said: "I am not a huge fan of my arms so usually I don't get them out but where I have been working so hard, I have accepted it and been getting them out. I have been lifting heavy weights to try and achieve it."

Walsh trains three times a week, adding a fourth session when time allows, while keeping weekends strictly reserved for her children. "I train while they're at school so it doesn't really affect them," she said. "I am basically a taxi service for them at the weekends from football to golf to parties, whatever they have planned in their busy schedules."
